We are very close to the intersection of Punt Road and Bridge Road Richmond. We are readily accessible from the Monash Freeway (turn off at Punt Road), from the Eastern Freeway (turn off at Hoddle Street) and the CBD (Flinders Street which becomes Wellington Parade).
From Tuesday 27th April, we will be at Melways Map 30, reference B1.
We are located on the corner of Mt. Pleasant Road and Birch Street Preston. Readily accessible via Bell Street from any direction.

The No’s 75 (Vermont South) and 48 (North Balwyn) trams from Flinders Street Station come past our door. Take the tram in an easterly direction, towards Richmond (Bridge Road and Punt Road). Get off at Stop 13, cross to the small shopping strip and walk a short distance towards Punt Road. Eastbourne House is on the corner of Simpson Street and Wellington Parade. We are on the first floor, Room F5.
To reach our Preston office, either the No.1 (Coburg) tram from Federation Square (go to the end and a short walk east up Bell Street) or the No.112 (Preston) tram from Collins Street (get off at the Gilbert Road/Bell Street intersection and a short walk west down Bell Street) will see you at Mt. Pleasant Rd, then to Birch St.
